The Process
Email us your customer ID number and provide the reason for your displeasure and let us know if you prefer a replacement or would like to request our 30-day refund. Aquavation does not require a product return.
Shipping Info
Each Aquavation product is one of a kind and takes a minimum of two days to create from scratch. Once we finish our process, we print your card and package your masterpiece in a special gift box.
United States Postal Service ships our products. We have worked quite hard at keeping our postage costs as low as possible. When you order more than one bottle, we include a postage discount. International and quicker delivery options are available and pricing options are shown within the system should you need them. All customers will receive a tracking email once the product ships.

Thank you for caring! We love letting everyone know how much effort we have put into providing a safe Aquavation Generation One Sports Water Bottle! For starters: the bottle contains no dyes, is BPA-free and meets all heavy metal requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 for toy safety. Intertek, a third-party lab certified by the Federal Consumer Product Safety Commission to do the CPSIA testing provides our results.
Our Aquavation bottle is a High Density and Low Density Polyethylene blend. This blend gives the bottle excellent chemical resistance, which means it won't break down even when it is containing chemicals that are corrosive. It is non-toxic and non-staining too! Please note if you detect a plastic odor when your bottle arrives, simply fill/rinse with water and dish washing liquid or baking soda.
Made in an ASI (American Sanitation Institute) food safety certified plant. This means the plant has been verified by a third-party audit in their use of food safety manufacturing practices.
