Aquavation offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want to hear from you if your product is damaged or otherwise not meeting your expectations. We will replace any faulty item or we can extend you a refund within 30-days of delivery.
The Process: Enter your customer ID number and provide the reason for your displeasure on our Customer Service Request Form and let us know if you prefer a replacement or would like to request our 30-day refund. Aquavation does not require a product return.

Each Aquavation product is one of a kind and takes two days to create from scratch. Once we finish our process, we gift-wrap (with an optional personalized gift card) and package your masterpiece in a special box.
United States Postal Service ships our products. They will arrive within four days in the United States, including Saturday. We have worked quite hard at keeping our postage costs down to $3.00. International and quicker delivery options are available and pricing options are shown within the system should you need them. All customers will receive a tracking email once the product ships.
